MyClawSetup provides a web-based setup wizard that generates a personalized installation package (a ZIP file containing configuration scripts) to help you install and configure a personal AI assistant.

• One-Time Product: We sell a single, one-time digital downloadable product.
• Not a Hosted Service: We do not provide software-as-a-service (SaaS), cloud hosting, or ongoing technical support.

By purchasing from MyClawSetup, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to make this purchase.

The installation package generated by our wizard is designed to configure OpenClaw, which is a free, third-party, open-source AI assistant platform.

• No Affiliation: MyClawSetup is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the OpenClaw project or its creators.
• Licensing: Your use of the OpenClaw software is governed by its own open-source license.

Our product price covers only the generation of the setup wizard scripts. You are solely responsible for any ongoing third-party costs required to run your AI assistant, including but not limited to:

• API Key Costs: Charges from AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) based on your usage.
• Hosting Costs: Server or Virtual Private Server (VPS) fees (e.g., Hostinger) if you choose to deploy your assistant in the cloud instead of locally.

• Fees: The price for the setup wizard is a one-time payment of $29.99 USD. There are no subscriptions and no recurring billing.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect past purchases.
• Payment Processor: All payments are securely handled by Stripe.

• “As Is” Basis: The MyClawSetup generated install package is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the uptime, availability, or ongoing performance of your AI assistant after installation, as this depends on your local machine, your chosen VPS provider, and the underlying OpenClaw software.
• Usage Responsibility: We are not responsible or liable for how you use your AI assistant, the content it generates, or any business outcomes resulting from its use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyClawSetup and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the generated configuration files.

The setup wizard, website code, design, and proprietary configuration generation logic are the intellectual property of MyClawSetup. Purchasing our service grants you a license to use the generated ZIP file for your own personal or business AI setup. You may not resell or redistribute the setup wizard itself.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, specifically adhering to Quebec consumer protection laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Quebec, Canada.
